If I wanted America to Fail... (video)

Actually a pretty good piece of propaganda. Very orwellian.

Fracking leading to gas coming out of kitchen taps to improperly tested medications causing death to small businesses opening up with the sole purpose of ripping off others. That's the world the dude in that video supports.

He talks about stifling small business. A person can open a small business, sell a defective product/service, pocket the proceeds from those products/services and when his victims try to get reimbursed the company owner declares bankruptcy. The only thing that can be touched is the property of the business which is usually worth next to nothing. The profits the common thief acquired went towards paying his home mortgage, his car payments, home furnishings, etc. which he/she gets to keep.

Stifling small business by imposing rules and regulations? A quick solution is to get rid of the LLC designation. If a person sells a faulty product/service any and all proceeds should be made available to the victims they swindled. If people knew the cars and homes they bought from the proceeds of a scam were subject to seizure we'd see far fewer scams than we see today. Instead of "buyer beware" it would be "seller beware".

What can one expect from an economic system that is designed to protect the thief?

But, burdensome regulation and not enough tax cuts are Obama's fault, and therefore he caused the current economic conditions....right?
