Agent 006 & 7/8[SUP]ths[/SUP] reports that the Vatican procurer always goes to a new pope and puts together a list of the new guy’s preferences. The consecrated pimp’s job was made easy when Big Frank limited his preferences to 2. “She has to have big tits and a big ass.”
 
A while back, I read that the pope "approves" of messages before they're posted to social media, and that he doesn't personally use it. So my guess is that the people who run his Instagram page liked the photo.
