Do you think Obama is going to carry on a more moderate version of the prevailing attitude of the time, or is he going to completely change everything?
 
I guess having such a bad prez in Bush can make the next prez almost take on a reverence with the elements of idolatry with some people.
Me I just see Obama as a regular Liberal Democrat and nothing more. No different platform than Kerry in 2004. Just raise taxes on the rich and spend.

Meh.

I would say he is going to be more like a JFK than an Ike or Reagan.

I think he will rely heavily on his cabinet the first year or so and then begin to emerge once he is more comfortable in the job. To be clear, I think this is a good thing. I would much rather him do that than try to 'wing it'.
