The way it is currently is.

If it were legal and well regulated and the woman was in complete control of her fate then it woud not be.

I dont know if you truely can regulate it well enough to make it safe for all but what we have now aint so great.

we as a nation can do better, but our politicians (the males that is) do not want to change it and offend the religious crowd or give up using them as needed
 
no. legal or not, (in cases where the woman chooses freely) the woman chooses her path. some make really good money.

along this line of thinking:

is porn violence against women?

it is nearly the same thing....
