Israel is not committing genocide — but Hamas is

Whatever criticism one may have of Israeli policies or Israel Defense Forces (IDF) actions in Gaza, Israel is not seeking to destroy the Palestinian people, whether in whole, in part, or in any manner.

During a Nov. 20 briefing, U.S. National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby eviscerated the inappropriate use of the term genocide to describe Israel’s actions in Gaza, forcefully stating:

“Israel isn’t trying to wipe the Palestinian people off the map. Israel isn’t trying to wipe Gaza off the map. Israel is trying to defend itself against a genocidal terrorist threat.


If anyone is guilty of genocide here, it is the internationally recognized terrorist group Hamas. Not only does Hamas openly state that the destruction of Israel is its ultimate goal, as evidenced in its Charter, it acted out on those intentions on Oct. 7, when Hamas massacred over 1,200 Israelis, including raping, burning, mutilating and executing women and children.


In a Oct. 24 interview, senior Hamas official Ghazi Hamad gleefully stated that the terror group would repeat the Oct. 7 massacre “again and again” until Israel was “annihilated,” openly admitting the group’s genocidal intentions.

Since its founding in the late 1980s, Hamas has been promoting rhetoric and policies aimed at destroying the Jewish state of Israel and killing Jews and Israelis around the world. This is evident in their founding charter, which cites the infamous Protocols of the Elders of Zion forgery as “proof” of a Zionist plot to control the world. It remains true after Hamas released a new charter in 2017, which essentially simply swapped the word “Jew” out and replaced it with “Zionist” while repeating antisemitic tropes.

The Nazi Israel state and the IDF are definitely seeking to wipe Arabs off the face of the earth, starting with the Philistines. Tens of thousands of innocent, lawful noncombatant civilians now dead who were alive and well at the beginning of October, killed out of racist HATRED and against the Geneva Conventions, none of whom attacked Israel, ... 80% of Gazans displaced with plans to forcibly eject the remaining 20%, Gaza destroyed in violation of many sections of the Geneva Conventions, purely out of racist HATRED, ... and now, with Gaza no longer the target-rich Arab hunting ground that it was just a few months ago, Israel has begun bombing Lebanon in order to get its fix of indiscriminant Arab-killing in pursuit of Holocaust 2.0

Question: What do you get when you cross Holocaust 2.0 with the 2nd Nakba? Answer: Thousands of dead Arab children at the hands of Israeli soldiers.

Just going after those who attacked Israel, eh? Sure. Of course.
