The capability of the Chinese AirForce is unknown but they have the Russians training them, and the Russians are very good.

It is well known that the Chinese have had problems learning both commercial and military aircraft....the Russians who are very good are sorting it. The Russians build better military aircraft than America does, and they dont need anything from the West to do it.
