Tough one. My immediate response was to pick Darla because she's awesome and her posts are always interesting, informative and funny. But... the question was "most impact good or bad so cold, hard logic trumped and I went with the bad, which is ILA.

ILA has an interesting split personality. When he's "Clem" he can be hilarious but when he's ILA he's the most vulgar, divisive poster I've seen on this forum since the skanks were banned.

Note to Big Money: Stop putting your name at the top of every list. It's unseemly.

I always lean toward the positive hense I picked Darla.

both poet and charver are positive too.

the nothing but negative people are not so interesting and therefore not as impactful

I think if Charver posted more he'd get most of the votes. I miss him.

For once I agree with Christie. Whether you love me or hate me, there is ZERO doubt that I have had more impact on the board in 2013. Let's review

It was my calling BAC a nigger that caused one of the first real shit storms of 2013. Remember those days? Good times. It sent Darla over the edge

It was my calling changing Kathleen Sebelius's name to Cuntleen that caused many to go over the edge and eventually led to Darla getting herself banned and subsequently not coming back. It also had the effect of getting Winterborn and Rune to get themselves banned. It also has led to Zappa's most recent meltdown because after "The Incident" as I have come to know it Zappa's has been placed on Forced Ignore which is driving him absolutely freaking nuts.

If I also remember, during "The Incident" it was my calling for a certain poster to be ass raped that really sent Darla into meltdown mode and actually led to a rule change. In the end, I directly or indirectly led three people into Rule 12 violations. I will let you in on a little secret. It was never and has never been my intention to get anyone banned from here. I did have my reasons, but it wasn't to get anyone banned.

Howey has spent the last year trying to get me banned for various "infractions". Yet, here I still stand posting away and his queer ass has been banned not once but TWICE. Me? I have gotten a few warnings, but never banned.

Lastly, when asked who the biggest board asshole was, I ran away with it in a landslide. Despite Mott's unseemly behavior in trying to troll for votes, I won.

So, you see. It isn't even close. This isn't a popularity contest. Nobody is asking you if you like me or not. And as Christie so wisely points out, it is about IMPACT. And it is inarguable that I have had the most impact on the board.

BTW Christie, I am always hilarious. I don't have a split personality. You just have to remove your lenses to get what I am truly saying :)

Isn't it cute that Tekkychick is still lurking around put not posting? I find it odd that she voted for Howey when it was Darla who led her into not posting anymore. I guess Tekky has never really left

screen lickers:

people who post so they can try to cause human pain.

they imagine the pain they cause people with their posts and get their selves all excited and lick the imaginary pain off the screen.

they keep the fly poop off their screen but don't accomplish much else.

Take it up with Damocles. It's his list, not mine.

Apart from the ones where she is hateful, spiteful and just plain nasty. :)

leave it to Deshy Dearest to devolve a thread into insults. Why can't you lighten up? FYI look in the mirror and see who on this thread was the first to hurl insults. That would be you.

But, in this season of festivity and love, I will only wish you blessings and good tidings. May you find peace for your tortured soul and turn to Christ for your salvation.

It's my fault for not thread-banning her. I wanted her to be able to vote in the poll. :palm:
