Mahmoud Khalil to remain in Louisiana ICE facility as judge refuses to free him at court hearing

So this Columbia student is a terrorist? Protesting against something in America is now an act of terrorism?

distributed pro-Hamas propaganda fliers

We saw it firsthand—Hamas propaganda being distributed by Hamas Supporters. A small group of radicalized students, extremist faculty, and outside agitators hijacked Columbia university, turning it into their own political battleground instead of a place to study, learn, and work. They had no interest in dialogue with their Jewish peers; they chose intimidation instead.

And at the center of it all was Mahmoud Khalil. He knew exactly what he was doing when he decided to promote Hamas. Now he’s playing the victim. This was never about free speech—it was about breaking the laws of a country that had generously welcomed him.

The guy your are wearing over supports Hamas and distributed their propaganda he was fomenting unrest in the US. He broke into damaged and illegally occupied buildings on Columbia. I'm glad he is being deported. If he likes the mid East so much let him go home and fight for it.
There is no evidence of that.

Indeed.

Now the far left loons are supporting a Hamas (on the State Dept. list of terrorist groups) supporter.

Actions have consequences, and in this case, they should be serious. The values of the West are worth protecting.

It appears that this "Now the far left loons are supporting a Hamas (on the State Dept. list of terrorist groups) supporter" wasn't a lie.

House Dems rally around Hamas sympathizer facing potential deportation: 'Free Mahmoud Khalil'

Democrats love terrorist supporters of Hamas and oppose deporting them.

Perhaps this is why they were steam-rolled last November.
