Nothing new about this. Blacks get special treatment in everything and it's been that way for decades. As long this persists, we need white hospitals with white doctors serving only white patients.
 
Then what happens is what happened with affirmative action in colleges and universities over the years. Those minorities accepted with low scores and grades ended up washing out or dropping out of degree programs at higher rates where if they were fairly judged, they might have succeeded in lower tier programs than the ones that accepted them.
