Some improvements are being made in minor traffic infractions and impaired driving charges.

For example, this year there were only 48 stop sign infractions compared to 55 last year.

This one's out of Canada, but feel free to post your own enlightening stories about minor traffic infractions. I suppose if you want to piss people off, you can post DUI stories. :cof1:

New bill would mandate traffic program like the one canceled in Brunswick

Brunswick program canceled recently because of judge's order

Administrative traffic court could soon return to Brunswick County despite a recent order from a judge blocking the program.

A special provision tucked into the budget bill passed by the state House of Representatives would require that administrative court sessions for traffic infractions be set up in each judicial district.

The provision, which still must find favor with the state Senate's budget bill, mandates regular sessions be set up by Oct. 1.
