Quite frankly there is a lot of controversy about this. Mitt Romney is not a true conservative. Indeed he has an R in front of his name but that does not make him a conservative. He is defintley not a tea party favorite, and before he "won" the primaries nobody really liked him. But of course, as they do every 4 years the republicans rolled over once again.
You might ask why I am posting this almost a month after the election. Well, this is a universal topic because this illusion of choice shows up in almost every election. And I also admit that I am quite sick of hearing about this election, hearing people spurt their ignorant nonsense about how their candidate was better. This election was a beauty contest, to put it simply. The two party system has turned our election into a beauty contest.
