Montana Supreme Court gets it wrong

Nichols v. State DA 10-0175

Driving in Montana
constitutes a privilege, not a right. Id. at ¶ 58 (citations omitted)

The states have no constitutional authority to determine any manner of travel, whatsoever, because the right to travel freely has been repeatedly upheld by the USSC time and again.

This is nothing more than the continued erosion of basic fundamental rights that progressives and conservatives have allowed in the name of 'safety', which is nothing more than security theater.
