My prediction of the 2008 election

Obama will win the presidency in a landslide! I predict he will win the popular vote by 5 and a half million and he will win the following states. Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, South Dakota, Wisconson, Minnesoda, Iowa, Missourri, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, New York, Vermont, New Jersey, DC, Maryland, Conneticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and any other obvious liberal state.


I predict the democrats will pick up 18 extra seats in the house and 7 seats in the senate.


And I will bring this thread back to life after election day!

I agree with your predictions, except I expect even bigger margins of victory .. in fact, it's what I've been predicting around here since McGoldwater became the republican nominee. Some here disagreed with my prediction that this election will be a landslide and McSame will be the easiest candidate to beat since Goldwater.

Do you care how your 14 year old will feel when her friend dies in a war entered into based on lies told her and her countrymen?

Do you care how your 14 year old feels when his entire life is controled by a military industrial complex.

I believe you believe this. Why? Can you give some details that aren't just feel good comments? I also wonder about your use of the word 'fascist' regarding Meme. It may be appropriate, but what do you mean?

You've got the parties turned around dear..it doesn't really matter, from what I can see, it looks like the two parties are getting ready to merge into one, and then they will be called The Socialist Party of the Divided States..:clink:
 
History will overrate Obama like they did Regan and Kennedy but like both of them, he will be a good president overall.
