New rule for Deshy

Instead of making the Mods go to the trouble of writing special Deshy Code, let's all agree to put in the Thread Title that we are thread banning Mommy Deshy. That way we can spare her the indignity of responding to a thread hitting "reply" and having to read "You are not allowed to participate in this thread". It is obviously impacting her psyche in ways we have not anticipated and for the safety of her and those around her let's try to be a little accommodating.
