Yesterday during the Browns ,Ravens game, the Ravens were about to score, but fumbled,a Brown picked it up and was running for a TD.
When a official blew the play dead,by Assuming, the Ravens had scored.BUT they didn't score, they fumbled.
The idiot official's assuming and blowing the whistle in the middle of a pivotal play.
Cost the Browns the game, and sent the Ravens to the playoffs instead of the Steelers.
To many games in the NFL are decided by terrible officials, rather than players!

If it kept the Cheaters out of the Playoffs then it must have been the hand of God that caused that whistle to be blown. Good Luck Ravens. Please try not to drown in all those Steeler's tears as you head to the playoffs.

Well, if the loser in this situation was ultimately the Steelers, then, fuck it. Go zebras!
Word. The irony is that the vast overwhelming the majority of the time that teams in the AFC North play the Cheaters....err Steelers they have to play against a 17 man team. It's nice to see that whistle turned against them for a change as it's almost always the other way around.

If the Steelers have to rely on someone else losing/winning to be in the playoffs, they don't deserve to be there. In fact, since the Steelers could only tie a scrub team like Cleveland, they don't deserve to be there. 9-6-1 isn't deserving of a playoff berth.

My point is games shouldn't be decided by officials assumptions, that turn out to be wrong!Let a play, play out, then sort things out!

My point is that the Steelers suck.

There shouldn't be replay. Professional football went many, many years without it and did perfectly fine.

Are you expecting a game to be perfectly refereed?

It's not about the Steelers, keep your eye on the ball.
It's about the officials not the players deciding games.

YOU made it about the Steelers when you whined about them not making the playoffs.

If one play in a season of thousands of plays makes a difference, the team didn't deserve to be there.

Did the Steelers have a good time WATCHING the game yesterday. It didn't really matter. The Chargers would have kicked their asses, too. The difference is the Charger win would have been in Pittsburgh instead of Baltimore.

FYI,I'm a Browns fan,I didn't want the Steelers in the playoffs.
The theme to the post was about the terrible officiating in the NFL.

You're the one that brought up the Steelers, not me.

Don't worry. The Browns, while having 8 "championships", haven't appeared, much less won, a Superbowl and we're at #53 this year. In 70 years, they have a 16 -20 playoff record and that includes the pre-Superbowl era.

Since the 2nd version of the Browns appeared in 1999, they have gone 95-224-1. They've had only 2 winning seasons since 1999 with one playoff appearance, NO playoff wins, and the longest streak of not making the playoffs of any of the 32 NFL teams. They are only one of two teams with a 0-16 season. Not very impressive and being that they suck as bad as they do, getting them early round picks in the draft, one would think they would have done better.
