I dunno. I heard that Huckabee's campaign manager went and insulted Rush. That started it all. Later Huckabee is all, "I like Rush and he can call me any time..."

I think that Huckabee, if he were smart, would be calling Rush up during his show some time, not expecting it the other way. Rush is a mainstay. Huckabee is just barely coming up on the polls.
