Interesting... Kind of puts Norway ahead of the Palestinians in that they have designated "refugee camps" within their on territory for some Palestinians. Now, why would a state of Palestine have refugee camps within their own borders for their own people if they don't count those in those camps as citizens?

That is, how can a Palestinian be a refugee in their own country?

Gaza itself is an open prison- as is the West Bank .

They're Palestinians living in Palestinian territory. That would make them citizens of a Palestinian state since they aren't foreigners. That is, unless, the Palestinian government is calling them that because it helps justify their call for the destruction of Israel...

Gaza made their bed, now they have to lie in it. Israel and Egypt don't what all that terrorist shit the Palestinians create spilling over into their countries, any more than Jordan or Syria want Palestinians in the West Bank to do the same in their countries.

Norway can recognize Palestine. Maybe they can import some Palestinian terrorists on passports afterwards...
