Trump, in another court loss, he forced by counter suing E Jean, now got a ruling from the judge that it is substantially true that he raped her.
We know Trump's position that merely 'grabbing her by the pussy' and sinking a finger is a thing celebrities get to do 'fortunately or unfortunately', but as the Judge explains that is an act of rape, even if the laws of NYS almost solely would defer and call it sexual assault only.
So while we cannot say Trump was "convicted" of rape, (he was convicted of sexual assault), what anyone CAN SAY is Trump is a rapist and they can cite the judges ruling, if Trump was to try and sue them.
I still love that Trump and his derps are forced to claim 'we win... Trump was just found to have grabbed her by pussy and sinking a finger' . Thus Trump wins and E Jean loses.
