NY AG James revealed her true insanity in announcing a lawsuit against a Brazilian international corporation, JBS Foods, the world's largest beef supplier, apparently based on nothing more than an advertisement they put in the New York Times newspaper back in 2021.
The lawsuit cites a full-page JBS USA advertisement in The New York Times in 2021 that includes the line: “Agriculture can be part of the climate solution. Bacon, chicken wings and steak with net-zero emissions. It’s possible.”

She further claims the company is lying when they claim they'll have "net-zero" emissions by 2040.

Now, how she knows they won't do what they've claimed 16 years into the future, I've got no clue. Maybe she used this...
On a more serious note, she's suing a Brazilian company for not making good on claims about their performance in the future and that has no holdings in New York state, based apparently on advertising they made in a newspaper three years ago...
