The efforts by Trump and his lawyer Rudolph Giuliani to persuade Republican-controlled legislatures to create Trump-loyal slates of electors, without regard to their state’s certified voting results, failed, in part, because they sought to impose unprecedented actions by legislatures retroactively, after the votes of citizens had been cast, without explicit grounding for any intervention in state law. Yet these are obstacles that Republican legislatures could now seek to reduce for future elections.
 
Somehow the nation forget that the Trump team did this in plain sight


Trump and many many of his anti democracy sycophants are guilty as hell of these crimes folks



Death in prison for Trump will be the result
 
This crime involves 7 States at least


It invokes dozens of people in each of those states


The planning was massive and was watched by all when it was happening

Note the news articles I provided that talked of this push publicly



This will result in a completely trashed Republican Party structure


And a sullying of the Republican label for generations
 
This crime is coming for the Republican Party soon


From top to bottom of the party crimers will be taken down

There is no such thing as a 'fake elector'.

The legislatures of the States, and ONLY the legislatures of the States are authorized to choose their electors. They are the ONLY ones authorized to certify any popular vote for the electors.

It is not a crime to not choose electors.
