Obama has added a caveat to his oft-repeated pledge that if you like your health care plan, you can keep it.
Obama's tweaking comes after he has faced criticism as millions of Americans are receiving cancellation notices from their insurance providers.
"Now, if you had one of these plans before the Affordable Care Act came into law and you really liked that plan, what we said was you can keep it if it hasn't changed since the law passed," he said.
