Joe is not running for president and he was welcoming the people he got out of foreign prisons. His people accomplished a lengthy negotiation to get Americans and others released.

They expressd their views on whether they thought he should run again. That is not forcing, Biden had the votes and the power to run. It was his decision. You should quit believing what Fox and Infowars tell you.
