Finally, as his term nears it's end the Bush administration has done something I strongly agree with.
EPA recently changed the definition of "Solid Waste" in the Federal Registrar with the expressed intent of promoting the recycling of hazardous waste by excluding legitimate recycling from hazardous waste management regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA for short).
Having read the new definition I strongly support it. I think it will promote recycling with out undermining hazardous waste management laws.
