Govt is well under control of big business. the same group that brought us the finiancial faisco, Offshoring, recession, etc.

where did you get big business out of that? all i saw were politicians promising the world, taxing us beyond reasonableness....bureaucrats losing trillions of dollars because they either have really lousy accounting or outright stealing from american taxpayers....
 
The pill bill.
Big public works projects. Who profits fomr those being built?
Medicare? Mediciad? Public schools?

Big business benefits form virtually all dollars the govt spends.
Who do you think is "the economy"?

you have a point about big business, however, they are not the only party benefitting....as government expands, so does the political power of those who are in office... if taxes go to big corps, then you agree that taxes should be far less...right?

Since big business makes a lot of money off of our tax money should they not pay more in taxes?

On taxes I am for a pure flat personal income tax. NO deductions and all income is taxed the same. Except for money you already paid taxes on like SS until you pull out more than you paid in. Military pensions and disabilities and such should be exempt as well.

Of course as your costs go up so do your prices. It is the American way.

Of course it is no longer my company. I sold it to the employees.

We need to really destroy the American economy completely, so that big business will disappear and then it will no longer be around to control us...
