the right has paid for signatures regularly where i live
they move people into local motels and wait for them to qualify as registered voters and then send them out to the local shopping areas to get petitions signed or voters (reps only) registered
now, so are the dems
i think this is wrong for any political party or organization
volunteers yes - paid workers no
people paid by the signature are just to tempted to cheat to get paid more
