Those people are dangerous. You heard the latest on them -- that they kill up to 97% of the animals they "rescue". They're all about appealing to people's emotions but have their own agenda that saner people have a hard time figuring out.

When I was at NIH we were told to stay at home on the day each year that PETA held their annual demonstration on NIH grounds.
