(1) PRESIDENT BIDEN'S ANNUAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR 2024
After examining President Biden for 2 1/2 hours on the 28th of February, 2024, his personal physician, Dr Kevin O'Connor wrote a 6- page report (which was made public). In his report, O'Connor concluded that Biden was " a healthy, active, robust, 81 - year-old male who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency."
(2) THE PRESIDENTIAL BEBATE of JUNE 27th, 2024.
A little over 3 months after Dr Kevin O'Connor released his report on Biden'a annual, February, medical examination, Joe Biden participated in a 90 minute Presidential debate with Donald Trump in Atlanta. The rules of the debate banned the use of tele-prompters or pre-prepared notes, and Biden who was expected to use a psycho - stimulant drug (an amphetamine or an amphetamine-related substance) to boost his performance in this debate, for some reason, did not. The upshot of this was that Biden was debating purely off his own merits and the result was absolutely appalling. The many millions of Americans watching this debate "live" were shocked by the fact that Biden - their President, Head of State and Commander-in-Chief - was clearly in a state of pronounced and dangerous cognitive decline and, by implication, totally unfit for office. (NB: Biden has a neurodegenerative disorder called "Vascular Dementia". It is the long-term result of a ruptured brain aneurysm he suffered in 1988, and two following brain surgeries he underwent to clip the both the burst aneurysm and another (unruptured) aneurysm the same year.
I think everyone has heard that (true) story about an American Judge who was once asked, in court, for a definition of "pornography." The Judge paused briefly then said: "You know it when you see it."
The same thing goes for for advanced dementia. You didn't need to be a doctor to watch Biden's performance in the first debate against Trump to work out that his cognition (ability to think/verbalise clearly, rationally and coherently) was seriously impaired; likewise his glassy, middle-distancing eyes that indicated "the lights were on, but nobody was at home." Biden looked and sounded like he had recently been lobotomised.
This debate took place on the 27th of June this year, so how was it that Biden's personal physician, Dr Kevin O'Connor, was not aware of Biden's symptoms of pronounced cognitive impairment when he conducted his 2 1/2 hour medical examination of the President at the end of February, 2024 ? OF COURSE he would have noticed them (and - being regularly in Biden's personal orbit - he would have clearly noted the President's pronounced symptoms of cognitive decline on MANY (MANY) occasions before he conducted his February examination; but Dr O'Connor did not run a cognitive assessment on Biden during his medical checkup.

This was also very "strange" given Dr O'Connor conducted President Biden's February 2024 medical examination just 20 days or so after DOJ Special Counsel, Robert Hur, released a red - hot report on a year-long investigation that he (and his team) had conducted into the illegal handling of classified government documents by Joe Biden. In his final report (that was released to the public) on the 8th of February, Hur concluded that President Biden had WILFULLY retained and DISCLOSED classified military and NATIONAL SECURITY information while he was a private citizen. Despite this, Hur decided not to press any criminal charges against Biden. This was because Hur said that Biden would present before a jury as a "sympathetic, elderly man with POOR MEMORY" whom they would find hard to convict. Hur also stated that it would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict Biden of a serious crime that requires a mental state of WILLFULLNESS."
So, Hur and his team, who had spent many hours both interviewing President Biden "in the flesh" and directly observing him, discovered that his memory was particularly poor (he was unable to recall when he was Vice President, and other such basic facts that he should have been able to recall if his cognitive functioning was normal for his age. And) when Hur says that Biden presented as lacking a mental state of "WILLFULLNESS", I'm sure he means that during the time he and his team spent interviewing/observing Biden in person, he appeared mentally: slow, gormless, dopey, drowsy, blunt, obtuse, etc. What Hur had witnessed during his year-long investigation of President Biden was a version of what the whole of America saw during his disastrous performance in the first Presidential debate; and what many White House staffers and aides had also seen ever since Biden moved into the White House on 20th Jan, 2021. Special Counsel, Robert Hur, was not a doctor, true - but as an intelligent and observant man he could see - "beyond any reasonable doubt" - that Biden was mentally impaired. with a cognitive condition (like dementia) and that he would not be capable of facing trial (by jury) for serious criminal charges. AN INITIAL VALIDATED AND HIGHLY - RELIABLE, 30 - QUESTION, COGNITIVE TEST COULD HAVE BEEN ADMINISTERED AND COMPLETED IN JUST 30 MINUTES (MAX).
