Why doesn't he just paint a big fat target on our ass?
Does he really think that North Korea, China, Iran, and Russia will stop development and get rid of any and all nuclear weapons? How much is he going to trust these countries when he decides that we need to take the first step (as a sign of good faith) and dismantle and destroy all of our nuclear weapons? Why does he want to stop any defense funding for defense weapons that can only defend the United States?
It would be my guess that he will receive the North Korean, Chinese, Iranian, and Russian vote...
