FORT PIERCE, Florida June 24 (Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors will ask a judge on Monday to rein in Donald Trump's "inflammatory" statements about law enforcement agents working on the criminal case accusing the former president of mishandling classified documents.

The request by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is leading the prosecution, comes after Trump falsely claimed that a routine FBI use-of-force policy in effect during a 2022 search of his Florida resort authorized agents to attempt an assassination.

Which means Cannon will ask legal documentation that Trump’s language jeopardizes FBI agents, and upon delivery, give Trump’s army of attorneys additional time for a rebuttal. Anything to delay the trial and keep it out of the media’s attention

It couldn’t be any more obvious that Cannon is owned by MaraLago. She is pretty much banking that Trump is going to win the election and do away with the case. Going to be interesting if Trump loses, she will have to dice and back pedal pretty convincingly to maintain her position

The truth is "inflammatory" to liars.

Freedom of speech is such a bother.

Why would fascists who have no legal authority to even exist allow their victim to speak against them? Does Trump think this is still a free country?

Not on Joe Biden's watch.

I know, right Comrade?

She won't even revoke the 1st Amendment when the Lawfare is failing. Jack Smith has an illegal persecution to run against Trump on behalf of his Boss, The Big Guy. Judge Cannon insisting of respecting the Constitution interferes with the party.

That’s a joke

That’s a joke

Xi's Biden regime is a joke, a sick one.

Jack Smith has no legal authority - there is no provision of law that allows Heinrich Garland to create federal agencies out of thin air to persecute opposition candidates.

You will utterly melt down when Judge Cannon dissolves the illegal position Smith holds. It will happen. The shadow government that Garland created is about to be dissolved.
