BTW - Denver Cops cannot smoke. It is a requirement of the employment. The guy with the cigar is either REALLY old and grandfathered, or was not a Denver cop.

I am positive that nothing will happen in this miscarriage of justice because its the cops working in the best interest of Democrats....
