PHOENIX (AP) — A Republican activist who signed a document falsely claiming Donald Trump had won Arizona in 2020 became the first person to be convicted in the state’s fake elector case.

Loraine Pellegrino, a past president of the group Ahwatukee Republican Women, has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of filing a false document, Arizona Attorney General’s Office spokesperson Richie Taylor said Tuesday, declining to comment further. Records documenting her guilty plea haven’t yet been posted by the court. Still, court records show Pellegrino was sentenced to unsupervised probation. Before the plea, she faced nine felony charges.

Seventeen other people had been charged in the case, including 10 other Republicans who had signed a certificate saying they were “duly elected and qualified” electors and claimed Trump had carried Arizona in the 2020 election. President Joe Biden won Arizona by 10,457 votes.

Why is Arizona taking so long?

White libs don't know a similar thing happened in 1876 with some States submitting two sets of electors.

On December 6, 1876, the electors met in the state capitals to cast their ballots. In Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina, both the Democratic and the Republican slates of electors assembled, and cast conflicting votes, while in Oregon Watts and Cronin both cast ballots.

There's more to follow. Eventually, when all the little and medium fish are rolled up and roll on the bigger fish, the biggest fish will be rolled up himself.

So what? It's clearly illegal now, pup. Get a fucking clue, son.

The Wheels of Justice grind slowly.....mostly because of the Constitution, specifically the Fourth Amendment. :)
Yup, and where I practice it's mostly because courts have more cases than they can handle. Haven't followed the Arizona cases, was just wondering what the delays have been in particular.
