This is the guy getting the shaft for defending his home.

They only found a small amount of mj. They did not disclose the amount until arraignment. Also, there has been no account for a bullet casing, a .223, that could not have come from Frederick's .380 pistol.

One simple matter here, why was a no knock warrant needed for a growing operation? Frederick supposedly had a growing operation in his garage. If a traditional warrant had been executed, was there a rick that Frederick was going to swallow or flush all that?

More fascist idiocy.

As you state, a no-knock warrant but would be fucking pointless for busting a growhouse.

Just another example of the Drug Nazis trying to scare people unnecessarily.

No-knock warrants were the exception to the knock-and-announce rule. Apparently judges and cops forget that.

Why the necessity to preserve evidence trumps officer and other individuals' safety is beyond me. It's nothing more than overzealous police, with overzealous prosecutors being enabled by an overzealous judiciary.

And overzealous feds handing out weapons and training. And overzealous advocates of centralization of police functions.
