In all the years I heard Democrats complain about the High Court I never heard them say a word about parking their liberal asses on one side of the scale:

If Sad Sack Sonia wants to talk about tilting the scale she should start with the greasiest thumb of all:

NOTE: FDR’s scheme failed. No matter. The Democrat Party’s agenda for the federal courts could not have achieved more had FDR succeeded.

Put these examples on FDR’s side of the scale.

1. Seven justices tipped the scale in favor of infanticide.

2. Over forty thousand UNCONSTITUTIONAL gun control laws tilted the scale against the Second Amendment. Background checks their success to date because it is a giant step toward confiscation.

BACKGROUND CHECKS IS DOUBLESPEAK FOR REGISTRATION. REGISTRATION IS THE FINAL STEP BEFORE CONFISCATION.

Considering the Democrats in Congress coupled with long-serving senators, I doubt if nine conservative justices could balance the scale.

NOTE: Trump’s priorities need a lot of work:

3. ACLU Baby Ruth would do away with the scale altogether:

4. Sad Sonia’s decisions are based on skin color: Note that black and white are abstracts not colors:

May 27, 2009— -- Just a day after President Obama announced he was nominating appellate court judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court, the battle over her confirmation has begun with former House speaker Newt Gingrich branding her a racist and saying she should withdraw.

Gingrich today joined the chorus of conservatives such as Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh, who called Sotomayor a "reverse racist."

The accusations are aimed at comments Sotomayor made during a 2001 lecture at the University of California-Berkeley. Referring to former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's saying that "a wise old man and wise old woman will reach the same conclusion in deciding cases," Sotomayor said, "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."

On Wednesday afternoon, Gingrich wrote on Twitter: "Imagine a judicial nominee said 'my experience as a white man makes me better than a Latina woman' new racism is no better than old racism."

"White man racist nominee would be forced to withdraw. Latina woman racist should also withdraw," Gingrich wrote.

Finally, can anybody vouch for Sotomayor's whereabouts when Justice Scalia died?

“There are things he’s said on the bench where if I had a baseball bat, I might have used it,” she said.

Justice Sotomayor’s thuggish fantasy

Has any liberal has ever complained about a decision made by a liberal majority?

Note that black and white are abstracts not colors:

QUESTION: Did you ever see black or white in a spectrum?

ANSWER: If not, tell black activists that black and white are abstracts.

Newsweek ran a column by two blacktivists, under the headline, "Stop Saying 'People of Color' When You Mean Black."

When did white stop being a color?
