Federal prosecutors have filed criminal charges against a longtime Mar-a-Lago employee of former president Donald Trump, according to court records in Florida.

Carlos De Oliveira is the second Trump aide to be charged in the documents case. Another, Waltine “Walt” Nauta, was charged alongside Trump in June with helping the former president mislead investigators as they sought to retrieve all of the classified documents that remained at the former president’s home and private club after he left the White House.

Donald Trump faces additional charges in classified documents case
Special counsel Jack Smith has brought additional charges against Donald Trump in the case surrounding his alleged mishandling of classified documents after leaving the White House, according to court documents.

The additional allegations of obstruction and willful retention of national defense information were added to the indictment by a team of prosecutors led by Smith. A new defendant, Carlos De Oliveira, was also added to the case.

And to once again show Trumps lies, Jack Smith has added in specifically a count for the Iran doc he was waving around at Bedminster.


It was not included with the listed classified doc's in the first indictment, likely because it was one that Jack Smith could not get quick permission to disclose and it was not needed. But with Trump then going on the news and spreading the lie that it was simply papers he was holding up, Jack has now called that lie to expose Trump once again.

Smith is playing 4D chess while Trump plays tiddlywinks.
