There's a reason Governors usually become President. Who gives a crap (except political junkies) about these Senators arguing over bills that most people know nothing about.

I heard Obama mention that banks are locating themselves in Delaware to avoid regulations, because they can operate wherever they want with the regulations that their head office is located in.

And I'm sure that quite a few people thought "What? My bank AIN'T located in no Delaware!"

Also the regulations on Credit Cards etc, placed on them by CO still apply. They cannot charge over a certain amount of interest for instance. In other states that number is larger.
