Separate schools for Gays!

I am considering getting on the ballot an innititave that will require gays to go to a separate school system. We just cant have them making our stright kids gay!

If the majority votes for it, that makes it okay right?

whats the alternative? to never allow anything to be voted on and to just dictate law? If people vote for it then it passes then challenge it against the constitutional rights.

Somebody recently told me that separate is not equal. I can't remember who it was, but I think it was a Florida lawyer.

Exactly, but it was said earlier that if the people vote on it, it makes it right. That is flatly wrong. The constitution protects a minority from having freedom taken from them by a majority.
