Duh, he wasn't registered as a republican at the time of the donation. He would have been too young to vote.

If he made that donation at the beginning of 2021 as someone said on another thread, he was too young to register.
People, especially teenagers, change their minds.
He donated to Act blue when he was 17.
But later, when he became 18 or 19, he must have changed his mind because he registered to vote Republican.
