Should news journalists be put on a lie detector test to prove their credibility?

I guarantee you that Dobbs, Hannity, Colmes, Olbermann, Abrams, Fox & Friends cast, O'Reilly, Gibson, Glenn Beck, Maddow and pretty much everyone else would fail the test.


None of these reporters have a shred of honesty in them. Ayers, Ayers, Ayers! McSame, McSame, McSame! What a bunch of weasels! Both Obama and McCain are a million times better than the douche-bags would have you believe. Whether it's a closet mexican-racist like Dobbs or a diplomatic door mat like Olbermann, you can't find a good reporter these days.
 
Journalists should be able to be prosecuted for knowingly promiting false stories.

Now if you are talking about pundits, that is another story. Not many Journalists left out there.
 
A lot of the pundits and their ilk classify their programs as "entertainment media", thereby sidestepping the need for integrity or honesty.
