over ten years.......also cuts $19 billion from farm subsidies......less than the $21billion proposed by Republicans in the house.....food stamps were cut $8billion instead of the $18billion passed by the house.....the cut approved is a 1% reduction in food stamp funding......following a 45% increase under the Obama administration......
