I know you Trumppetts want to believe this NY trial is a sham, but do you understand how many conspirators it would take?

1) Alvin Bragg
2) The Prosecution team who presented to the Grand Jury.
3) The 12 members of the Grand Jury.
4) The Randomly assigned Judge.
5) The trial prosecutors.
6) The appellate judges. Three I believe.
7) The 12 jurors.
8) and for the conviction to stick, a new slate of appellate judges, a State of NY Attorney General, and then the Supreme Court Judges.

why do you think the conspiracy needs to go beyond #5........and the grand jury needn't be involved........they only heard the lies of the prosecutors......

This reminds me of the leftists claim that trump incited an insurrection but was never prosecuted for it even though there was supposedly tons of evidence. Only in the "court" of the leftist mind is trump guilty of insurrection. You guys figured you would act out your trump porn fantasy in this case instead. There's enough trump hate around to convict him of breathing. You people are as transparent as glass. You know whats funny? Trump has been up your ass for more than 8 years now and you STILL can't get rid of him.

The GJ prosecutors had to present evidence. If they lied, they will be put in prison.

He is being prosecuted for his part in the insurrection, in D.C. and GA.

Alvin Bragg openly campaigned on "Getting Trump."
The prosecution team does what the boss (Bragg) tells them to do.
The Grand Jury only hears the prosecution's side of the story (eg., Bragg's version)
The Judge is one in NY state a deep blue state that has voted heavily against Trump.
The trial prosecutors work for Bragg
We haven't got to the appellate level yet.
We haven't seen what the jurors have decided yet. What happens if they acquit Trump on all charges?
This last one is also speculation.

So, all it takes is one openly Trump hating district attorney who campaigned on getting Trump to do what we're seeing here to date.
 
Not just what Trump said that day, but he speeches and texts leading up to the day

The whole day was a giant pep rally endorsing aggression and antagonism, bloviating lie after lie predicting armageddon consequences if Mike didn’t “do the right thing “

And piggybacking to what precious speakers as Goodman and Rudi said about “going to war, Trump adds, “we fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore”
