If the supervisor was put on paid leave Rowe is worried it would get out that she was acting on his orders. Rowe was over the protection of the candidates. They did not give a shit about RFK Jr. or Trump. They had not even provided ant-sniper teams to Trump for over 2 years even though he had done multiple outside rallies.
