Pittsburgh converted $5 million of Miller's 2014 base salary into a signing bonus.
The restructured deal, finalized Tuesday, lowered Miller's 2014 cap number from $9,466,500 to $6,133,166. The two new years on the deal each include a base salary of $4 million and a cap number of $5,666,668. His base salaries in 2015 and 2016 are not guaranteed."
