Funny you say that, I actually made a roux for it today! Lol!

I went heavy on roasted red pepper and only did a little bit of day old flatbread in it. Makes nice little tasty dumplings.

Also used beef shanks. No rabbit or quail atm.

It is tasty though, especially after that marrow cooks down.
