Please limit the cute little sayings under everyone's name that make the page stretch far beyond the edges of the screen and thus requiring tedious scrolling.
 
how are the sayings under your name making the page stretch? Or are you talking about signatures?
 
I added the top of page thing so you wouldn't have to scroll, but limiting sigs? All you have to do is turn them off in your user cp.
 
Sigs are already limited, pretty signifigantly (although you could, of course, abuse this with large type and images, but it still can't get very far).
