PNAC has been reborn in Project 2025. PNAC was a vague promise. Project 2025 is a plan with dates and people to be put in positions to carry it out.

America would not be the same if Trump and Project 2025 got in power. PNAC was installed for a while and we were in constant wars with Bush and friends. It was the plan. Project 2025 is similar but encompasses redoing the American system so the plutocracy wins. A small group of wealthy people will decide how to carve up the American economy for their benefit.

PNAC, supply side economics, and NeoCons were all Republican things. Hume is not a Republican.

I doubt anyone would apply the Domino Theory to Ukraine. Ukraine is not threatened by a guerrilla war. If Ukraine was defeated, it would engage in guerrilla warfare against Russia, not against a new neighbor.

The danger here is after defeating Ukraine, the original invader, Russia, invades another country. Not that Ukraine invades aids in a guerrilla revolution in another country.

The NeoCons hoped to use the Domino Theory against other countries. The Democrats are not interested in dominoes at all.

While at times fascism can be a nebulous concept, saying it is a "project of state and corporate power through constant expansionist war policies" would be a reasonable definition of it.
 
It says a lot about the Republicans that they are constantly trying to blame their policies on everyone else.
