Suppose Biden picks barak obama for VP and promises to resign the day after inauguration?

The 22A says :
1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than
twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as
President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was
elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than
once.

The kenyan cannot be elected to a third term but he can serve a third term.

He can't be elected as VP because of this.

The 12th Amendment reads that, "[N]o person constitutionally ineligible to the office of president shall be eligible to that of vice president of the United States."

Obama is ineligible to be president because he served two terms, therefore he cannot be elected VP under the 12th Amendment.

Where does the constitution say a president can only SERVE two terms? Obama cannot be ELECTED to a third term but there is no ban on him serving a third term.

Twenty-second amendment

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
Twelfth Amendment

But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

Obama is constitutionally ineligible under the 22nd Amendment and by the 12th Amendment therefore ineligible to be elected Vice President.
