What I watched was Jamie Raskin rattle off a litany of irrelevant fallacies, non sequiturs, and other BS. Then he brought up the illegal from Maryland that he claims "wasn't a terrorist." To back that Rasken gives up more irrelevancies like his family, etc. As we know from other threads on this, this person had an order of deportation from 17 October 2019 against him, that he was found in court to be a member of MS-13, a declared terrorist group, and that he was still in the US only because the Biden administration put a stay on his deportation. As a citizen of El Salvador, of course he would be deported to El Salvador! As that nation has a dim view of MS-13 gang members, of course he was going to end up in that nation's prison for MS 13 gang members.
Raskin can't grasp that when you are arrested it's normal to handcuff you. Leg irons and such are normal for prisoner transport. And, someone being deported to El Salvador is going there via airplane. That's all just routine for a person in that situation. Then Raskin LIES. He says this guy didn't get "due process..." He did, back in 2019 when the COURT slapped an order of deportation on his ass! Raskin leaves that part out entirely.
The Raskin lies more by saying "He never saw a judge..." Well, what about that 2019 deportation order by the court?
