The control of the Middle East

This war is certainly a quagmire for any presidential candidate, and there are no easy answers. Its not going to go away, and we cant pull out leaving the people to fend for themselves, it would be a blood bath. All the candidates have good and bad things to say, but pulling out is not a good idea until the time is right. George Carlin said it best about Vietnam; “Pull out? Doesn't sound like the manly thing to me, leave it in there, get the job done”
 
The Iraqi people want us to leave , the American people want us to leave, it is causing terror according to our own estimates.

We are in the middle of a civil war. Asd long as we stay there we will be the target. If we stay 100 years they will start having the civil war the minute we leave. It is unfixable by occupying Iraq. We need to leave as soon as is feasable.
 
Getting us mired down in this manner in the middle east was Bush's objective. it is truely a mission accompolished for him.

But a tragic defeat for America.
