To be fair Desh, they are only asking you to follow the rule on posting copyrighted material. There is a reason for that and in their rules, as well as here, you will see a link to the copyright law.
While sites like this and theirs do have some right to post copyrighted material, we do not have the right to use the entire article. This is why places like Drudge Report and others simply give you a few paragraphs and a link to the original article.
I don't think you would get banned for posting a thread. But also in their rules is arguing with the moderators publicly.
It's why I ask people only to post a few paragraphs of any article and to give full credit to the originator.
