I think that after 70 million people have handled them already, they are already totally compromised.
 
One would only know by looking at them.

Picking up a piece of paper and looking at it doesnt do much damage. If chads hanging chads have fallen out you can still count the number of loose chads in the box and figure that into your examination.

There are things to learn from this extrodinary election and some day some one will want to look.

Each time somebody handles one of those one with chads it compromises it a little more. They aren't meant to be passed around like a stripper at a bachelorette party. I do not believe that any result from currently looking at them would in any way be accurate after all those different groups have had their way with those things.
